          Adoi...Lepas raya berat saya naik 4 kg ye...Bukan kecik anak tu. Padan muka sapa suruh makan tak agak² kan.

          Terus start program slimmingku. Ok target kali ni nak inch loss instead if berat. Maksudnya nak nampak badan tu langsing takde la nampak lemak² yg lebih tu. Tapi satu-satunya cara is by exercise la kan. So now tiap2 mlm sy akan spend dlm 30 min untuk kayuh basikal.

          At the same time sy consume teatox by Medina Desire dan Vitalluz Powder untuk detox. Jenuh juga makan produk detox ni. Tapi best sebab kalau makan banyak, banyak la yang dia buang. Kalau x makan takde membuang. Setakat ni berat yang naik dah turun ke berat asal. Alhamdulillah. Tapi saya ada target nak turunkan another 5 kg. Lepas consume both produk dan berbasikal memang badan ada nampak penyusutan terutamanya kat hips.
